Bill spent 22 years with the Central Intelligence Agency, of which 15 years he was assigned to the National Reconnaissance Office. His more than 30 years of experience in satellite and intelligence operational management include Chief Operating Officer of GeoEye, and senior positions with BAE Systems, Harris, and Loral Space and Range Systems.
