William R. Sullivan

Bill co-founded Torch Hill Investment Partners, where he led successful investments in two space-related companies and a global SaaS business. He also founded a healthcare company, in partnership with the Johns Hopkins Medical School, that was acquired by United Healthcare. Bill began his career as a strategy consultant with Booz Allen in New York and London, focusing primarily on the banking and insurance industries. Subsequently, he held senior management positions at the American Express Company.
